Immense pain is unleashed
But there is not a single tear in the eye
When I am sad and I cry
I wonder why
I can’t fall asleep, I roll over from one side to other
Even for 6 hour on the bed I lay

I open up with my friends
But in front of parents I lie
I wonder why
I don’t get the results
Luck is screwing with me
No matter how much I try

I am lying on the surface
Hurt wounded betrayed
Instead I should fly high in the sky
Hundreds of days gone by
Wondering about why
After wondering all this nothing going to change

as a longtime critic & editor i have to say that this & all yr writing is amateurish drivel & in the UK or US wouldn’t get a C in a highschool writing class…… thank god there is some real poetry on this site & re the above ,just because some idiots vote for you doesn’t make you a poet & don’t think that you are because you are not …perhaps you & your friends should start reading some of the classics on this page or published poets to know what poetry is
in ma defense i jst wana say first of all tat d place frm whr i come english is nt so popular. second i lyk 2 rite in simple language coz common people cn understand. i mean u ve got gud vocab bt other poeple don’t. initially wen i startd readin poems i usd 2 tink watevr he has ritten is gud bt i cn’t understand ny ting so i don’t want people 2 say tat. if u tink its tat bad i ll nt rite ny more
